Kim Kenneth Wilson, an elementary school teacher who worked at Del Paso Heights Elementary in Sacramento and founded the school’s broadcasting club, was sentenced to 215 years to life in prison for abusing multiple minor female students. He exploited his role as both teacher and club instructor to commit unspeakable acts against children.
Wilson groomed and abused students at school, subjecting them to inappropriate acts and assaults. He would lure students into the broadcasting room and record the exploitation on camera. In these recordings, he directed the children in abusive acts, at times even instructing them to look directly into the camera while the abuse took place.
When police arrested him, they discovered VHS tapes and DVDs in his home containing footage of the assaults, dating back years.
Lawsuits have already been filed against this teacher and the Twin River Unified School District, with one being settled with the district for $6 million.
